OneTouch is the coordination layer for smart cities, gated compounds and managed residential communities. It connects the resident who reports a problem, the technician who fixes it, and the operator accountable for both — in one record everyone can stand behind.

Nothing is hand-assigned. The request is broadcast, and standing decides who takes it.

We serve managed communities, not individual homes.

OneTouch is built for whoever is accountable for thousands of units at once — the facilities operator, the developer, the city management. Residents and technicians are the users the system depends on to work.

The path

How a request moves

Four steps, with no phone calls or manual chasing in between.

  1. 01

    Report

    A resident reports through the community app or the OneTouch WhatsApp bot. Two channels only — no call to reception, no message lost in a group chat.

  2. 02

    Broadcast

    The request reaches every vetted provider covering that community at the same moment. No coordinator distributing work, no queue to sit in.

  3. 03

    Claim and fix

    A provider claims the job, and the technician arrives holding the unit's full history — what was fixed before, when, and by whom. A before and after photo on every visit.

  4. 04

    Confirm

    The resident confirms the problem is actually solved and rates the visit. The job does not close until they do. That rating feeds straight back into the provider's score.
